Probably a Kohleria. The fuzzy, tubular red flowers with a speckled throat are characteristic of the genus, though the family has been bred into enough hybrids that I wouldn't swear to it.
The spotted lower lip functions as a landing guide, aimed at hummingbirds in its native Central and South America rather than at anything likely to visit it under glass. The African violet is the same family, which is where the fuzz comes from.
