Salvia and a bumblebee

Near-black stems and calyces behind scarlet, two-lipped flowers - bred-in contrast rather than anything the wild species would do on its own. I wouldn't put a cultivar name to it from this alone.
The bumblebee is doing the ordinary work of forcing its way into a flower shaped, like most salvias, to brush pollen onto the underside of a bee and nowhere else. The stamens are on a lever: push into the flower and they swing down and dab the bee's back.
