Looking north along Fifth Avenue, the park running up the left side of the frame and the George Washington Bridge just visible at the top where the island narrows towards the Hudson.
Black and white flattens what is otherwise a very legible piece of urban history: the park's dead-straight edge against Manhattan's grid, laid out together in the 1811 Commissioners' Plan and never seriously altered since.
Birds, insects, plants and other wildlife, mostly from Brooklyn, with some from further afield.
