Looking across the Danube into low sun, with Matthias Church's spire and the turrets of the Fisherman's Bastion in silhouette on the Buda side.
The contrails crossing in both directions are not incidental. Budapest sits under one of the busier flight corridors in central Europe, and on a clear evening the crossing tracks are almost always there if you look up.
Birds, insects, plants and other wildlife, mostly from Brooklyn, with some from further afield.
