Autumn festival procession

A street festival at dusk, lanterns strung the length of it. The men are in matching happi coats with sashes naming their neighbourhood or temple association. Each ward in a matsuri fields its own team, identified this way, and a longer procession is really several of these groups walking in sequence.
I have not been able to place the exact festival. Tokyo's neighbourhoods hold dozens of these in autumn, each tied to the local shrine's calendar rather than a national date. What is certain is the shape of the thing: banner, drum, and a crowd that knows the route by heart.
